Recently, the 3500t/h bauxite ship loader professionally developed, designed and manufactured by our company has been successfully shipped. The ship loader equipment serves the loading of bauxite at the Kimbo Port in Guinea, Africa, and is an important African project of my country's Belt and Road Initiative.
The design of this ship loader and belt conveyor adopts a modular design concept, mainly for the special treatment of poor installation conditions and high installation difficulty in African ports. The weight of each piece is controlled according to the special requirements of African ports, and large pieces are connected by bolts, avoiding the welding workload on site and ensuring the progress and precision requirements of installation. The ship loader of this project is independently designed and manufactured by Wuxi Songbang Technology Co., Ltd. The equipment includes inner and outer booms, telescopic mechanisms, pitching mechanisms, trolley travel mechanisms (tire-type travel), driver's cab, electrical room, etc. The ship loader is mainly used to receive materials from the inner field and convey them to the hopper of the ship loader through belts, and then convey them to the cabin through the belt conveyors on the inner and outer booms. The reasonable combination of the boom telescopic mechanism, pitching mechanism and trolley travel mechanism can adapt to different ship types and high tide and low tide working environments. . The main structure adopts a truss structure, which controls the weight of the whole machine, reduces the cost of civil engineering investment, and reduces the impact of port wind load on the equipment. It is the most advanced structural form of port ship loaders at present.

The materials of this project are all the most popular and reliable raw materials in international port loading and unloading equipment. The manufacturing and inspection are all based on European and American standards. The important nodes of manufacturing are strictly followed in the shutdown inspection, which improves the product quality and reduces the rework rate.
