1) During the operation of the stacker-reclaimer, patrols and inspections should be frequently strengthened.
2) When it is found that the equipment is abnormal, the number of inspections should be strengthened. If there is a major problem, the operation of the equipment should be stopped immediately and reported to the superior.
3) It is forbidden to take coal with fire from the belt during operation. In special circumstances such as rain, snow, and coal wetness, the output of the stacker and reclaimer should be reduced to prevent the coal dropping bucket from being blocked.
4) Before the stacker-reclaimer stops running, the coal on the cantilever belt should be emptied.
5) Important protection is not allowed to be removed during operation.
6) It is forbidden to overload the stacker and reclaimer for a long time.
7) After the stacker-reclaimer operation is completed, it should be parked in the locking area on the north side for locking (or the bucket wheel should be parked for coal)
