There are four kinds of operation processes in the mobile stacker, including semi-automatic, full-automatic, manual, and machine-side operation.
During the semi-automatic operation, the staff can change each setting value. During normal operation, the cantilever belt conveyor of the stacker cannot stop running, and can only be stopped after the ground belt conveyor stops. When a fault occurs, the machine can automatically stop, and the display device on the console panel displays the cause of the fault in Chinese characters.
The machine side operation should take precedence over the other three operation methods. For personal protection, the machine will provide emergency stop switches and pull-wire switches. The emergency stop switch parts are set on the machine: cantilever belt conveyor, slewing platform, walking door legs, electrical room, driver's cab.
