There will be many situations when the hopper of the stacker and reclaimer falls off, so at this time, it should be analyzed from the following three reasons.
Reason 1: The feed inlet is too low
The position of the feeding port should be adjusted above the middle line of the bottom wheel to prevent the hopper from falling off.
Reason 2: Bucket strength is low
The hopper is the load-bearing part of the stacker-reclaimer and has high requirements on its materials. Therefore, materials with good strength should be selected as far as possible during installation. Generally, the hopper is welded or stamped with ordinary steel plate or galvanized steel plate.
Reason 3: There is accumulation in the barrel
When starting, the accumulation in the machine base is not cleaned up, which may easily cause the bucket to break and fall off due to excessive impact.
When the hopper of the stacker reclaimer falls off and the cause is found, measures should be taken in time.
