Main inspection contents:
(1) Whether there is abnormal vibration, abnormal sound and temperature of each transmission part;
(2) The wear of the anti-wear plate on the surface of the scraper body in the scraper device should be replaced in time when the wear endangers the scraper body;
(3) Whether the intermediate guide wheel bolts in the scraper device are loose, and if so, they should be tightened in time;
(4) The wear of the guide groove lining plate, when the wear endangers the guide groove body, the lining plate should be replaced in time;
(5) Check whether the scraper of the stacker-reclaimer is skewed during operation. If it is skewed, the screw and nut in the screw tensioning device at the tail of the sprocket can be adjusted to make the tension of the two chains supporting the scraper consistent;
(6) Whether the rake runs along the support track and the direction is parallel, and whether there is any abnormal sound;
(7) Whether the running mechanism of the end beam is stable, whether the adjustment and reversing is reliable, and the meshing of the open gears;
(8) Whether there is oil leakage in the hydraulic system of each part, the oil temperature of the oil tank shall not be greater than 40℃, and the operating noise of the pump station shall not be greater than 80 decibels;
(9) The temperature of each reducer shall not be greater than 60 degrees;
(10) Whether the lubrication of the luffing hinge point of the stacker-reclaimer is normal.
