The water supplemented for the electric stacker battery should be distilled water, and you should not choose pure drinking water instead of distilled water for cheap. After all, pure water contains a variety of trace elements, which will cause adverse effects on the stacker battery. Special attention: sometimes the stacker cannot be started, and many people think that it is caused by the insufficient power storage of the electric truck, and often add electrolyte to the battery, which is counterproductive and greatly shortens the service life of the battery.
The battery of the electric stacker is running normally, only water can be added, and electrolyte must not be added. If the battery of the electric stacker is dumped and the electrolyte flows out and causes loss, the electrolyte can be replenished. The supplementary electrolyte should be supplemented according to the density of the original electrolyte. Just gently open the small cap of the battery to see if the inside of the battery cap is dry or if the water volume reaches the warning line, then you can judge whether the battery needs to be filled with water.
In addition, the plates of the battery are wrapped with white fiberglass wool, which should be wet under normal conditions. Specific method: Use a dropper to inhale distilled water and inject it into the battery through the vent hole. Cover the vent hole with a breathable cover to prevent dust from falling into the vent hole.
Use medical secondary distilled water as much as possible. The principle of water replenishment is that it is better to use less water than too much. If it is not enough, you can add more. Too much will cause the specific gravity of the acid to drop, and the battery capacity will be insufficient. Inexperienced people can master it by 5mL per hole, and use glass, plastic and other straws for water replenishment tools.
