The reclaimer generally follows the entire transportation line, and uses the rotation and pitch of the traveling mechanism and the cantilever to change the position of the loading point and the unloading point, and requires less maintenance during use. Generally, the feeding is uniform, the running speed is stable, the difference between the maximum load and the average load is not large during the working process, and the power consumption does not change much; the energy consumption is low, and the use cost is low. Because the material conveying adopts the belt conveyor with less resistance, the power consumption is small.
Various forms of reclaimers adopt three operation modes, namely automatic control, manual control on the machine and control by the machine, and each operation is realized by the working condition changeover switch. Before driving, the whole machine must be checked. After inspection, all parts are in good condition, and the reclaimer can be started according to the driving sequence to enter the working state.
The reclaiming operation under the automatic control mode can be implemented in both the central control room and the on-machine control room. When the central control room needs to automatically control the stacker and reclaimer, the operator only needs to press the automatic operation button on the operating table, and then press the start button, all the electrical equipment on the stacker and reclaimer will be started according to the predetermined program, The operation of the whole machine is put into the normal automatic operation state. On the console in the central control room, the complete system of the stacker and reclaimer can be started or stopped by pressing the button.
