The principle of the stacker and reclaimer: when stacking, rotate 108 degrees each time, when the contact switch contacts the material at a distance of 500mm from the material, it rotates 3 degrees in the direction of the low stack and then circulates the stack. Every 108 degrees of rotation, from 15 degrees up to 14 degrees down, of which the first 20 degrees are almost horizontal stacking without going down, and then down and down, when the stack reaches 100 degrees, it is no longer down and horizontal stacking, and so on.
Initial stacking: stacking at a fixed point, gradually raising it, and automatic stacking can be realized after reaching the design stack height.
Structure: main beam, end beam, driving device, scraper system; the angle of the material rake is adjustable from 34° to 45°, which is 1 to 2 degrees larger than the material repose angle; the stacker and reclaimer has four control operation modes: centralized, On-machine automatic, on-machine manual, and machine-side operation; reclaiming method: full-section reclaiming.
Start-up sequence: start the discharge belt conveyor, send a start signal, the scraper conveyor will start first, the material rake drive mechanism will start, and the end beam walking mechanism of the reclaimer will start;
Stop sequence: the reverse process of the above sequence after the stop command is issued.
Note: When starting and stopping, the reclaiming speed should be set to a low speed; if any part of the system fails and must be stopped, press the emergency switch to make the stacker-reclaimer system stop working immediately.
